2. Application of privacy policy
This is applied to all personal data that www.dita-hockey.com processes or that Dita International BV has had contact with. Such as visitors, customers and business contacts in all Dita International BV related domains.

3. Personal data 
Personal or individual data is all data that can be traced to you as a person. This can be your name, telephone number, address or e-mail address or customer number. Order, order data and website behavior are also data that can make you unique.

4. Receiving and processing personal data 
We process personal data of anyone who has had direct or indirect contact with Dita International B.V., such as contact details of (business) customers and partners. We receive this information directly from you when you contact us (by telephone or by e-mail), when visit our website, create an account or order or subscribes to the newsletter. In some cases we receive your address and contact details from third parties. For example when someone immediately sends you a gift. We may also receive data from other parties, but only if you have given those parties permission to provide us with certain data.

5. Data processing, use and storage time.
We use data to process your order and when you subscribe to the newsletter to provide you (commercial) information. We use this information to ensure that the package can be delivered, you can be kept informed about the order, but also for possible returns and repairs. We use the data (after your permission) to provide you with commercial information. For this we collect your name, e-mail address, delivery address (es), payment details and your telephone number. The data is needed to execute the (purchase) agreement that you have concluded with us. We are required by law to store the data related to your order for 7 years.

We store the following information about your personal account: name, delivery address, other addresses, telephone number, e-mail, payment details, coupon codes. We also store your order history and payment and delivery information in your account.

We keep all data in your account as long as you are active with us. If you have not been logged in with us for 7 years, we will delete all your data. We also offer the possibility to make a request at any time to have all data removed in your account. You can contact our customer service by telephone, e-mail and social media. We use the contact details in your account, e-mail or social message to contact you regarding the relevant question, complaint or comment. We also store this data as long as you are an active customer with us so that we can help you faster next time.

When you send us a private message via social media, the messages are stored by us for a maximum of 12 months, or shorter if you delete the message yourself earlier.

6. Website visit and optimization 
We want to give our customers an optimal visit, store and search experience. To do this, we collect your IP address, information about your internet browser, any language settings and information about the settings of the operating system of the computer or mobile device with which you visit our website when you visit our website.

To make the website optimal for our visitors, we collect your search, click and buying behavior on www.dita-hockey.nl. If you have not been logged in with us for 7 years, we will delete all your data. We also offer the possibility to make a request at any time to have all data removed in your account. Improving the store experience based on general information and sales statistics is generic and we try to make it optimally personalized through analysis in search behavior.

We look at what you have previously searched or purchased from us. We do this based on your surfing, search and purchasing behavior. We do not store this data for longer than 2 years. We collect this data on the basis of criteria. This cookietechnolgy you consent to (first) visit the website.

7. Data use for marketing 
When you have registered for our newsletter we will provide the data; use name, address, e-mail for commercial purposes by means of information and offer mailings. If you no longer wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter.

In addition to mailings, we can show you personalized advertisements on other websites. We do this on the basis of previous visits to our website through surf, search and purchase behavior (cookie technology). We only do this if you have given your permission to our cookies. Save period of max 2 years.

In addition to commercial mailings, we can also send mailings to improve our services and to match your wishes and needs. We can therefore use your information; name and use email to invite you to a customer or market research. Participation is entirely without obligation. Retention period of investigations depends on and varies per investigation. We will delete all data that can be traced back to you once the investigation has been definitively completed.

8. Fraud
When we suspect fraud, we may investigate, prevent and counteract personal data to prevent unauthorized access and fraud.

9. Social media 
When you like and /or share images we don’t get access to your social media account or personal information, except the information you shared open.

10. Sharing data 
Your data is not shared and sold to institutions that want to contact you with your data. Third parties can, however, gain access to your data, if this is for your improvement of our service. We have hired these parties externally and they receive a processing statement from us, which means that they may only use your data to improve our service. They must destroy your data when the processing statement has expired.

When you have placed an order, it must be delivered to the delivery address. For these reasons we share shipping information; name, delivery address, contact details and order number with our shipping partners DHL and PostNL. This way they can process the order well and deliver it on time.

In some cases we have to give your personal data to the government and government companies. The government needs this data to perform specific tasks such as the tax authorities do. In addition, the police or fraud authorities can request and receive access in the event of fraud or abuse.

11. Dealing with and storing data 
We always handle the data from our customers and business sales partners with care.
